The City of Iron River is accepting bids for 20 separate parcels of property.
All parcels are to be sold “as is” and will be conveyed by Quit Claim Deed.
The parcel descriptions and minimum bids can be found below or available for public viewing in the City Clerk’s Office. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked: “Property Bid Parcel #” (insert appropriate parcel number).

The deadline for submission is 4 pm Friday, July 14, 2023. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Bids received shall be opened at the July 19, 2023, regular City Council meeting. *A fee of $130 will be added to transfer ownership. The name and address of the Grantee (successful bidder) must be included in the bid as it will appear on the deed.
